Reverend Roxanne Addley

Roxanne joined the Lismore Anglicans in 2025 from the Diocese of Melbourne, where she was most recently the Vicar of Holy Trinity Lara with Christ Church Little River. Roxanne was ordained as a Deacon in February 2018 and as Priest in November 2018. She holds a Master of Arts (Theology) from the University of Divinity as well as degrees in Business.

Roxanne’s passion is to show how scripture remains so meaningful in today’s world and to bring the word of God to those around her. She also loves connecting with community and playing a role in the world around us. Roxanne has two adult sons who live in Melbourne and is married to Leon, a social worker, who also has a son studying in Melbourne. Quinn the whippet completes the family.

Honorary Associate Priests: Revd Rhonda Callander

I have been attending Lismore Anglicans since I arrived in Lismore in 1988. This is where I grew up as a Christian. My journey led me to being deaconed in 2004 and priested in 2005. I left for a few years to minister elsewhere but returned just before my husband died in 2009. I continue to worship in this parish. Though officially ‘retired’ (can one really retire when there’s work to be done in Jesus’ name?) I take part in many activities both within the parish and within the diocese. I love children’s ministry (I was a teacher) AND I love travelling and visiting God’s amazing world. I am blessed with three children and seven grandchildren.

Stephen Hall - Stephen has been an LLM for the last 22 years leading church services and home bible studies in the parish of Lismore. He is willing and glad to share what he has learned from his faith with others. He enjoys his role as a support to the Rector and as LLM Diocesan Facilitator and trainer for Safe Church and Faithfulness in Service.

Dawn Back - I first became a Licenced Lay Minister on 16th April 2021 and have been involved in many areas of Ministry since that time such as Pastoral Care visits, home communions, assisting with funerals, leading bible study groups and officiating at Church services particularly at our 9.30 family service.  I feel as an  LLM,  I am blessed and honoured to be included in so many meaningful and inspiring services and helping others at, sometimes, difficult stages of their lives.

Ray Houston - I have been an LLM at St. Andrew’s for 3 years and a parishioner there for 18 years, having been accepted into the Anglican Communion in 2009. While I am happy to fulfil my role as LLM at services, my strong interest and passion is for pastoral activities such as home and hospital visits and provision of home communion. To that end I have taken the role of Pastoral Care Coordinator. I am a traditionalist and attend and serve for that service.

Carol Anderson - My passions include my faith, cooking, sewing, gardening & keeping fit & using my organisational skills where I can. I’ve been a Server at the 7.30am service for many years & become an LLM over 3 years ago. I've been on the Christmas Shop committee for several years & am now Chairperson. I've been Catering Co-ordinator since about 2020 & really do enjoy this role, I have a long list of volunteers who are able to help me at short notice. This is a great fund raiser for our church & usually involves catering for people outside of the church, for funerals, lunches for meetings, & many other functions. I did my Cursillo in 2017 & have been Communications Officer on Secretariat since the role was established.

Ken Patino

I have been worshipping at St Andrews Anglican church for the past 10 years and have been a LLM for six years, assisting in the 9:30 am Sunday Family Services and being a member of the Worship Music Team. I have a keen interest in studying the Bible, reading literature, ancient history and archaeology, listening and playing music.
