Our Pastoral Care Team provides Pastoral Ministry to people who aren’t able to come to church regularly including Holy Communion in the Home, home visiting and outreach, and Services in Nursing Homes and Independent Living communities including:

• A weekly (Tuesdays at 11am) Holy Communion Service at Caroona Jarman - Revd Alan Shaw

• A monthly (1st Friday at 1030am) Holy Communion Service at St Joseph’s - Revd Roxanne Addley

• A monthly (4th Thursday at 11am) Holy Communion Service at RSL Chauvel Village - Revd Roxanne Addley
