Our Parish has a proud history dating back to early Lismore when the first wooden parish church was built in 1871 on the present site on Zadoc Street Lismore. The current brick church was built in three stages: the nave was opened and dedicated in November 1905, and there was a temporary wooden sanctuary. The original wooden church building was used for another fifty years as the church hall. The erection of the chancel, tansepts and vestries followed some years later, and were dedicated along with a pipe organ in August 1914. The Tower and Spire were dedicated in June 1935.
St Andrew’s is open to the public every morning from 9am to 1pm.
The Parish Office is also open Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm (excluding Public Holidays).

“My family mean everything to me as well as my faith.
I am a bellringer here at St Andrew’s, a very passionate South Sydney fan
and a tragic “The Monkees fan” since 1967.”
