Can you turn a bag of sausages into a tasty meal for about 40 people?

Then why not give the soup roster a try? The sausages are available for pickup on Friday, and we delivered them to the Winsome Soup Kitchen on Sunday at 10 am.

The Lismore Soup Kitchen at the Winsome Hotel has just celebrated its 35th Anniversary of providing meals to the less fortunate in the Lismore community. St Andrews Cooks have been part of this journey for 20 years. It enables the Winsome Hotel Kitchen to have Sundays off from cooking for approximately 100 people per lunch.

You cook the food at home and place it in foil containers, which are available to buy at supermarkets.

How often would I cook? About every 6 weeks, 3 people are rostered on each weekend.  The more volunteers we have, the less often you will cook. What would I cook? The sausages are donated. You add veggies/pasta/potatoes to turn it into a meal of your choice.
